1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Canvo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Canvo provides business management software for tree service companies, including CRM, job scheduling, estimates, invoicing, safety compliance, and related features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Billing and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Canvo. We will not sell, share, or use your customer data for any purpose other than providing the Service. Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
